This is a blog I am keeping through Lent (and maybe after) to support any of you who would like to incorporate a more plant-based diet into your life. I thought Lent would be a great time for those who are curious about vegan food to commit to eating vegan for a meal, a day, or a week during Lent. This blog is intended to support this effort.
